Snaresbrook Primary School is a two form of entry school with a nursery. The nursery takes up to 36 pupils each morning and afternoon session. Situated in South Woodford we are easily accessible on the Central Line from Snaresbrook station. We are proud to be a part of a vibrant, multicultural community.

Homework is given to children on a Friday afternoon and is expected to be handed in on Wednesday of the following week. We hold two general open days during the year, usually in March and October. Details of the date will be advertised on the front page of our website and in the local press. All interested families are welcome to come along, no appointment is necessary. Children who have made insufficient effort during class time may be asked to complete work at home. Extra homework tasks will be given to children in Year 6 to help prepare them for life at secondary school. When I moved here 6 years ago, Snaresbrook was the school where all parents wanted to send their children. It was a good school with an excellent headteacher. The headteacher changed a few years ago and it's been downhill since then.
